does anyone know of a site that has an easy 2 use template engine?

I'm not good with HTML and want to design a really cool template and I need help!

How are you with WYSIWYG editors? Search google for "free WYSIWYG HTML editor". You will get a nice selection of freeware and "trial" versions to choose from.
