I am ready to quit shopping there. If I find a product I like, when I go to replace it, it is already discontinued. Off the top of my head I can think of 3 occasions when this happened; I'm sure there are more.

Their web site does not supply any of the items I am looking for.

Is there a company which manufactures the products for B&BW? Any other source I can use?

Thanks!

To get discontinued products go to an outlet B and BW store, thats where regular B and BW's send their discontinued items. The items don't last long though because they are usually cheaper but if you are looking for an item which was recently discontinued then an outlet mall is definitely the way to go!!

I've had this problem in the past also. It seems to stem from my not using up the products quickly enough. So. If you find a product that you really like watch for a sale, then buy several of them. You could even befriend one of the salesperson's and ask her to give you heads up when products are being discontinued. (This is usually preceded by a clearance sale.)

I would do two things -- first, write a LETTER (not an e-mail) to the company and tell them how disappointed you have been with their quick discontinuation of their products. Ask if they have any in a warehouse somewhere that they would be willing to sell you you at a discount. Explain in your letter why youloved the products, and why are you disappointed that they have been so quick to remove them from their stores.

Then, check eBay. Lots of people sell items that have been discontinued.
