Dinner and The Beach are romantic.
Amusement Park and Horseback Riding are fun.
Going to see a movie can be both fun and romantic. Depends on the movie you watch.
So i think all the places you mentioned above are great, it just depends on where you wanna go. :)

Oh and by the way, personally, i´d love to go to a Amusement Park...but thats just cuz imma roller coaster junkie. =D lol

I would say a romantic dinner at a nice restuarant, followed by a movie SHE wants to see, then going to the beach to watch the sunset. Just not in that order. Then, if everything goes right, she might give you a goodnight kiss.
