I am having trouble finding an old friend with this last surname. I think I might have the spelling wrong. The surname sounds like this..."DeLANgalet". Accent on the second syllable. I knew this person years ago and cannot come up with a proper spelling and good search results. It's a French surname.
Anybody have any spelling ideas? Help appreciated!
Thanks

An O sound in french is usually spelled AU. If it is pronounced with more of a GU sound, try GUI. Also try some combos with D' rather than De.

I would spell it De Langelette perhaps one or two L's so that you could get better search results

Maybe Delangalette, or Delanguelette.

Plug in different vowels and try combos with one and two "l"s...you might have to try a few different options.
