THEY will the debase the nickel and replace it with the penny, thus macking the penny the new nickel. This will save $$ in the minting process, the mint will make a HUGE profit, revenues will increase to the Gov threw a unseen and unnotice tax increase, and the libs will be able to take credit for a lower deficit. As they did in *1999*.
