Ask them when they aren't together and imply that the other pointed the finger in her direction.

Oooo... thats a toughy. But luckly I think there is a way to get them to confess.
1. Just ask them--> "Hey, after the party i realized a few of my shirts were missing. Did you see anyone take them?"
2. If you go over their house and see one of the shirts say this-->
"Oh... I had a shirt like that. But I think someone took it at the party."

or you can say....

"Oh my god. Cute shirt. Where did you get it?"
If they say the wrong store just be like "Oh I had the same one I got it at ________"

Well good luck on finding your shirts!

It sounds to me like the second person either hid the clothes or stole them. Just blame them.

I wouldn't hesitate to accuse all of them, point blank. People who are your friends, DON'T STEAL FROM YOU.

Life's too short to deal with petty BS. Just tell all of them you don't care who did it, but they're no longer welcome. If someone doesn't like it, tough spit. They shouldn't have betrayed you.

Don't let people walk on you, they'll just keep on doing it as long as you're not tough. Stand up for yourself.
