the rules are the same. How ever soccer is what americans call it and football is south americans and europeans. Soccer has more speed to it and football is conservative, sit back, hold the ball and wait for your opportunity to attack. The referees in Europe are less strict and give out less cards, in America they give out more cards and don't take crap

they arent, rugby and american football are kinda similar but they really arent, except they kinda use the same size field
