Maybe you keep absent mindly leaving him in the shops as you are so busy looking for a valentines gift for him - men dont ask for directions so its not easy for them to find their way home.
Do you ever go back to where you last left them - they may be still there waiting for you!!!
You could always try a harness, that way you will never loose him again.

Men seem to think that you will be thinking of other men on valentines day so they think that you wont mind when they dump you. They also might have their eye on someone else, the most romantic day to ask someone out is also valentines day so you might be in luck
