What worries me is pillows of this type exhibit a head dent after less than two years, So, what is the life of a bed?

They are fab!. I was not keen when the chap in the shop suggested it - the last time I bought a mattress they weren't around. I would never get a normal bed anymore. Am thinking about changing our spare bed to one too (that's where I go when my boyfriend snores!). I would recommend the half sprung and half memory ones as they are a little firmer than the 100% foam beds which are a bit too soft for my liking. You won't regret it - get the pillows too! I love going to bed now. I never thought about the sweat thing before but now you mention it, I do seem to get hot at night so maybe they do - it sill won't put me off though!

I have a half sprung hallf foam one and yes, they do sometimes get a bit clamy (especially in the sumer.) But saying that it is the most comfortable mattress i have ever owned! Get a good mattress protector and you should be fine.

A lot of people get too warm if they sleep on memory foam. If you use a thick cotton mattress pad, it can help.

I bought two memory pillows and chucked them both out, we did not like them at all. They seem very hard and not at all cosy and comfortable.

.We've had one for a couple of years now and its fine. We were recommended to use natural cotton bedclothes and we don't suffer from overheating
