Well i own snakes and i feed them mice allthe time and I am pretty sure a mouse can't kill you where certain spiders can so Yeah I think I would have to say the spider.

Man, the ignorance displayed here is astounding!
I'm not afraid of either, thank you. BUT, it might come as a huge surprise to many who replied to this question, but mice, and rodents in general, kill FAR more people than all the spiders in the world! Mice are major vectors of zoonotic disease, including lethal Hantavirus, Leptospirosis and Sylvatic Plague, just to name a few. In addition, mice cost BILLIONS of dollars' worth of damage each year to stores of human food and to structural property. More than one house fire has been started by mice or other rodents gnawing through electrical wires, creating a short.
In contrast, no spiders compete with humans for food, or destroy what they can't eat by contaminating it will their waste, as mice do. Spiders don't gnaw, so they don't damage buildings, clothing, or other property, and there are no diseases associated with spiders. Spiders DO, in fact, eat many of the insects that carry diseases, such as mosquitoes. The actual number of spiders on the planet which are dangerously venomous to humans is very small in comparison to overall spider numbers, globally; in the US, for instance, only four genera of spiders have been known to cause serious reactions in humans, and of those, only two have been implicated in any human deaths. Spiders are NOT vicious and are NOT out to "get" anyone, and will bite only in self-defense, while mice have been known to chew on sleeping infants.
In terms of potential to cause injury, I can speak from experience with both. I've been bitten by a Chilean Rosehaired tarantula, leaving me with a couple of punctures that bled a bit, and itched for awhile, but that was the worse. A white mouse that was part of a colony I was breeding at the time chomped into my index finger, cutting all the way to bone, severing both the main artery in the finger and the lymph node, causing severe bleeding and swelling that resulting in a trip to the ER, and a couple of stitches. I'll take another tarantula bite over a mouse bite any day!

Spiders without a doubt. They are scary looking , some are venomous, all are vicious little things. I'm not scared of mice, I have several in my freezer now haha (snake food). So mice do not scare me in the slightest.

Definitely a spider! Think of all of the deadly varieties out there! I'd rather deal with a little mouse poop then be dead!!
