well you could go to oz for a year on a working visa but only do the 6 months if ya wanted but you have to have £2,000 in your bank account to proove that you can support yaself just incase you dont find work, my hubby and I did this in the year 2000 and it was a life changing experience. You will have to pay also for this visa but not sure about the rest of the world or europe.
Go do it you'll have a blast!

Know that you don't take the support or laws of the USA with you.
If your going to a 2nd or 3 rd world country, you'll be under the laws of that area / goverment & they can be a doozie.
Poor people will follow you around & beg, all kinds of weird stuff
can & will happen to you. Just be prepaired. Medical care is non-existant and or VERY far away if you do need it. Medicine is scarce and so are good food / clean water ( unless botteled ).

I really love my career and I can take my work with me anywhere as long as I have a computer and telephone. I work for an awsome company who offers 401k, benefits and full training and support. I enjoy what I do as it involves helping others. Maybe what I do would work for you. I would be happy to share more details if you think it sounds interesting.

It would help if we knew where you are starting from. How do we know where 'abroad' is?
