The phone is $20 and a card is $20 for 90 days which is $6.67 a month. Is that a good deal. I'll use it for emergencies only.

yea sounds like a great deal.. if only used for emergency.. you know there is tmobile that has prepaid and its a good deal...
once you have reach 100.00 you minutes will last up to a year... check out www.tmobile.com

in case you get a prepaid telephone, you will no longer get a invoice. in case you get a postpaid telephone(settlement), then you definately gets a invoice from the provider that your provider would be with. undergo in suggestions, Walmart is in basic terms a reseller, no longer a provider provider, so which you will no longer get the invoice from them.
