I usually drink a good amount of alcohol daily, but didn't for 3 days and felt shaky yesterday....Is this alcohol or injury related?

how long has it been since you hit your head? head wounds always bleed alot its just 1 of those places that do not to mention alcohol thins the blood too...you could be having withdrawl symptoms if you really drink that much otherwise you should have signs of concusion like dizziness and vomiting..

Maybe a little bit of both alcohol withdrawel and blood loss. Maybe even a slight concussion. If it gets bad, go to the hospital, if not, just lay down and take it easy. Try not to read or focus in too much on stuff. Just relax and don't strain yourself. I would lay off alcohol for a couple days, cause something could go wrong and you may not notice if you get drunk.

Sweet Jesus, go to the emergency room. Then maybe look into getting some help with the drinking--you may well need medical detox.

You could be going through withdrawals, but it wouldn't hurt to go to urgent care. Tell them the truth about your alcohol and drug use. They won't turn you in; they need to know the truth.

Why are you on here? get to the doctor immediately, you have a concussion, and you are most likely going through the dt's.
