Depends on what you are wearing those new heels with, and the occasion. I would say go with something that matches your skin tone, or is a light nude or bone color.
I am not a fan of going with Black stockings with lighter or neutral colored shoes...

Nude or off black, just depends on the brand you like and the shades available. L'eggs Sheer Energy always look nice or Active Support.

pantyhose look better on you girls
- thick black are the best
with pantyhose you can wear a shorter skirt
i wish more girls would wear pantyhose
