Yes. This is essential to a person's personal and spiritual growth. You can't always see things straight from the inside looking out. Sometimes a second opinion is necessary.

yes, several in fact. this is a part of the Fraternal Organization process where an older established member becomes a mentor for a newer member. proud to say my mentors have been excellent in their help and am hoping to become as helpful to others as they are to me.
