Nope, because people that try to use big words need to learn the definition of them before using them. Here is the definiton for the uneducated so mindless name calling will hopefully cease

The Stockholm syndrome is a psychological response sometimes seen in an abducted hostage, in which the hostage can show signs of having feelings of loyalty to the hostage-taker, regardless of the danger (or at least risk) in which the hostage has been placed. Stockholm syndrome is also sometimes discussed in reference to other situations with similar tensions, such as battered person syndrome, rape cases, child abuse cases, and bride kidnapping.

What is the source of your information? The Republican party has not had a name change. It was formed in the 1850's as an anti-slavery party made primarily of disgrunteled Whigs and Northern Democrats. I also do not agree with your assessment that the RedStaters are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome which you seem to be inferring by renaming them the Stockholm Party. Otherwise I would ask what do the Swedes have to do with it?

Awww, what's wrong shortbus? You worried about the elections in 08? I don't blame ya. Pelosi is really blowing it with her big jumbo jet, among other things, and Hillary is really fumbling, and stumbling over her flip flops with her vote for the war, and support for the war at first... Yep, turning out she's not the savvy politician her hubby was. Not by a LONG shot. Hussain Obama? Well, it's common knowledge that the Dems love the black voters, and have them bamboozled where that's concerned, but they're not going to nominate one to run for president. Edwards? Yeah, he'll more than likely get the nomination, but that TWO AMERICAS will leave a sour taste in the mouths of voters in the end. Yeah, I don't blame you, buddy. After all, you guys had to run a bunch of CONSERVATIVE Democrats to win this last time. I'll be praying for your anxiety, buddy.

GO BIG RED! (((((LMAO))))))

Insults are the last resort of the feeble minded, that being said
I see no reason for a name change. The Democratic Party
still pretends it is not the Socialist Party.

Do you understand what Stockholm Syndrom is? Republicans are not held captive by anyone any more than Democrats are.
