I am doing a project about Dolls and I want to take ur opinions about the best dolls that u have spent your childhood with! And i am also looking for websites about dolls so pls help :)

Mrs. Beasley was my favorite, still have her sitting on a chair in my living room, along with the ones i bought my daughters on ebay, she doesn't talk anymore... but i still love her

My favorite is the cabbage patch doll. When they came out in the 80's we were too poor to buy one, so my mother had a lady from church make one for my sister and me I was embarrassed at the time (being about 6 years old), but I finally got one.
I also liked the original strawberry shortcake dolls and my monchichi.

As a collector my favorite doll is Ideal's Shirley Temple of the 1930's, as a child my favorite doll was Posie, also made by Ideal. Here's a website where you can see some of my collection.

I loved the Barbie family, also had a Tammy, God, I loved these dolls. Me and my girl friend would play with our dolls for hours and hours..We both have grown up to be collectors. Good luck on your project, and thanks for the memories.

My 16 inch Madeline rag doll... man I still have her...

I loved my crissy doll with the hair that grows! You could twist a knob on her back to make her hair short and then press her belly button to make her hair long again. I also had Velvet and Cinnamon from this doll family!
