Paul Barlow is a common name, who knew? I didn't until I ran a search. Without more info such as where you think he may be living state wise, it's needle in a haystack. So, run various searches. Use:

Also nice are free reverse directories. Use last known info and go from there. P.I.'s use various skip trace sites that you too can use to find your friend. It will be time consuming, yet very rewarding. Especially when you require peace of mind.
