Why do you think you have a problem? Because you enjoy sex and maturbating? I think most guys should be envious of your problem.
I think its healthy and as long as you have an understanding wife with whom you are still in love with, then sit back and enjoy it while you can without guilt.

Talk to your wife about it. If she doesn't have a problem with you servicing yourself, then so be it. She might want to take a more active role, or she might be appreciative that you give her a break sometimes. It sounds like you have a healthy marriage, you can be honest with her and everything will work itself out.
