You should visit Serralves Museum and Casa da Música.

Casa da Música, Casa de Serralves, Palácio de Cristal and, of course, Ribeira and the port wine cellars across the river Douro.

All that and also Torre do Clérigos, as it is part of the UNESCO heritage. Also has a nice view from the top.
