Don't do it. This might sound like bad advice to you now, but it is not worth ruining a friendship over a guy. Your friend would have a hard time forgiving you and most likely stab you in the back when you least expect it.

Well how good of a friend is she? You shouldn't do anything that is going to tick your friend off if she is a really good friend. Try to find another guy to go out with. You never know how long your friend and this guy will end up going out for anyway. If they braek up you will know about it and can make a move then.

seeing as you're..uh.. 2cute4u..or anyone.. then you've answered your own problem! you're too cute for him!. anyway.. if you are indeed cute.. you can just pick a new guy.. just point your finger at some guy you find attractive in a bar and he'll come running over with his pecker all excited.. sooo easy for girls. remember...in general girls always want what they can't have ..in this case..your friend's BF
get real and be a true friend!!! HELLO??,and try to accually be a grounded individual and find an availible guy.

let your friend know that you like him but don't want to ruin anything between your friend and him and then just let it go until they are done when they are done see if anything is worth u guys getting together.
P.S. make sure u tell ur friend u don't wanna break them up or steal him from her or she might get a little angry at you and it could cost your friendship.

If this person is a true friend or even if their not be happy for them. If it doesn't work for them then you can take your chance but for now back off, how would you feel if the roles were reversed, you you want someone breaking up your relationship?

Maybe u should be happy for your friend. When they brake up u can try to go after him. Your friend might be sad though because your going out with her old boy friend. So it is up to u who do u care about more your friend or the boy

One thing you can do is just wait or you can tell your friend you like him and you would like to go out with him! But don't make it to much of a big deal of it or you might lose her as a friend!!

MOVE ON! Never, EVER move in on your friend's guy, no matter how much you like him.
Trust me. I was helping a friend get set up on a blind date but the guy had no clue he was being set up and he kept asking me out and my friend hated me when I said yes.

Get over it. Don't do anything because it'll ruin your friendship. Guys will come and go, but your friends are the ones you need.

Move on... there are plenty of fish out in the ocean, as they say. Why do you want to steal someone else's man? not good, kiddo becuase that is what it will boil down to. Move on.
