If you don't have it already, I suggest getting "Where is the Love?" by Black Eyed Peas. It's the only rap/hip-hop song I actually like.
Some other bands that I like and you may want to check out are Alkaline Trio, My Chemical Romance, Panic! at the Disco, Jimmy Eat World, and Death Cab for Cutie. They're all really good. Also, you should get "Here in Your Arms" by Hellogoodbye. That song is SO good.
