hi
I'm 15 year-old girl , always thinkin of death. I'm all day long anxious and scared. My life have changed a lot and lately I have gotten lots of new feelings ( annyoing ones) and I hear voices in my haid telling me to do many weird things ( this voice seems to want to kill me even though I hate death. ). I regreted all the days that I past while I was anxious and I want to live my life to the fullest but as I regreted all that I directly thought and I jumped to a conclusion which is sure I'm dying. The death anxiety is rulling my life and now I'm feeling lost and hopeless. I'm always tired ...I really want to change my life but my thoughts don't allow me.
Have anybody gone through that..? could anybody help me to get over that ( plz don't suggest going to a therapist because I went and mine is in france now).

yes i can sure relate to the first bit of what you wrote . the constant thought of death and anxiety . i don't hear voices.
i can really only tell you that your not alone and that treatments are available to help . billions are spent of making drugs to treat this problem . you have a medical condition that sucks but is no less a medical matter then say kidney failure. would you tell a person with kidney failure to snap out of it or take this herbal thing i heard of . not likely you would say you have to have the help of the machines at the hospital . so what you know is needed is right that is a new PHYSICIAN . and you need some good luck too. oh one more thing that voice you hear is real its not GOD however its more along the lines of a demon . many will say that's silly but its real dint do what the voice says instead find a person you really trust and is smart and tell them what the voice is saying and do what they suggest. they can understand it better because it is not in them the demon is not messing up there mind .
the reason the demons want you is because your of value to God. they will work very hard to take you from GOD just don't let the voice win. pray accept Christ and seek and accept every speck of help there is . GOD BE WITH YOU NOW AND FOREVER.

You do have an anxiety disorder. If it helps (which I already know it doesn't lol) I also have it! I've found that the mind is a very powerful thing and if you can will yourself to think differently, you can control your anxiety to an extent. The best part about this is, as soon as you get there and experience a few days at the school without incident, your anxiety will likely abate and you will start to forget about it a little or maybe shelve the issue in your mind. You may or may not think about it again. Unfortunately, anxiety is a really annoying thing. BUT I believe you can convince yourself to see things more rationally and realize that it is extremely unlikely that either of these happen to you, and that life is far better spent enjoying the moment you are in right this very second, than worrying about the moments of tomorrow. :)

Go with flow Girl, we all have had those feelings at your age. There is a lot of changes going on inside you which is normal at your age so stop beating yourself up. Things will even out as you experience life and as you get older I promise you..I know things must be very tough for you right now but try and think positive, dont let the dark side of you overcome you, That will only bring you harm so be brave..Oh and by the way get some Holy water and start blessing yourself every morning and every time you go to bed. It will bring you some comfort..

And if your therapist has decided to reside in France, it's then time to shop around for another one that will stay in US.

Everything we all do as conscious human beings and the surrounding enviroments we land in all have a bearing on our longevity--in many ways, such are beyond our control.

However......there are several areas of our daily lives WE DO HAVE CONTROL over and if intellegibly addressed and dedicatedly ahered to, we can well extend our longevity by living a positive life and mindset.

You got to take a stand NOW and REFUSE to let negative feelings/thoughts knock you down as they now do. It's hard the first week or two, but with sharp focus on positive thinking and living, you WILL adopt a new way of facing the days and gain its sweet rewards too.

You say "please don't suggest going to a therapist".. but that's all I can really suggest for you.
Yours is in France, so find a new one.
If you are seriously hearing "voices", you really do need professional help (not judging, I just don't see how you could get help from anyone else).
Good luck.

Why are you doing this to yourself? Do you not understand that you are not alone? In fact, every one you meet will eventually have to die. It is not just you.

Understand this... EVERYONE is going to die. I am going to die. That's life.

Change your thoughts. Look at your best friend in the eye, and realize he/she is going to die eventually.

Why waste your thoughts on dying? We all die. You do not die alone. You will have thousands if not millions of people dying with you at the same time the moment you die. You are not alone.

You are alive now. You should live with your friends NOW. When you die, take comfort in the fact you will not be dying alone. You are never alone.

Don't be afraid of dying. Christian aren't afraid of death. They are happy to die. You will see them smiling inside their coffin if they die. If you're a true Christian, and have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, then, you will gladly die in the arms of the Lord. Live your life to the fullest. God will not take your life if your mission on earth is not yet fulfilled. God has many plans for you, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and safe rest.

Those voices that you are hearing are purely hallucinations only. Ask God for a peace of mind, what you are thinking right now will vanish.

I experienced that also when I was 12 years old. After I watched a horror movie, I can't get the face of the monster in the movie inside my head. I thought I was surrounded with evil spirits, trying to inculcate those drastic, and ugly images inside my brain. But, as I grow old, I realize, that it was me whose thinking, and creating those nasty ghosts, and scary characters in my mind. I can eliminate it, because I created it. Just don't think of those weird things. If is still comes back in your mind, it is because you are letting it to come back, you are still thinking of it. If you want to forget, and still thinks of it, then you still want to remember it and think of it. What if it is true, blah blah, what if there is a evil spirit that is following me each and every moment, what if....

Kill that what if thinking, and try to think about something that will make you happy. Play games, stroll around, go shopping, eat lots of food, pray to God, accept Jesus Christ as your Personal Lord and Saviour. Enjoy life, and be happy always. Just forget about all those weird stuff. It can't kill you, but if you let it to kill you, then it can kill you. You can control it, just be strong, and of good courage, fear not nor be afraid of them, for the Lord thy God, He will go with thee, He will never leave thee, nor forsake thee... ;)

I hope this helps...
