What kind of rental buildings? Residential or commercial, and how big?
Check realtor websites - try howardhanna.com - they might show some rentals. Or talk to them - some buildings that are for sale could be available for rent if they aren't selling. Also try the Greensburg PA paper the Tribune Review, and valleynewsdispatch.com - both are owned by the same people, and there's a link to the Trib from the valley site.
Also check for buildings in Apollo PA - it's right across the river from Westmoreland county. There are buildings for rent and for sale there.
If you are in the area, drive around and look for signs. There are a lot of empty buildings in Vandergrift.
