i think this country is getting too harsh on some things. these girls played a little prank like kids do, and they get EXPELLED. geez!!!! give them a little community service or something, good lord. at this rate, kids will be scared to do anything fun.

The two Edgewood High School students, whose names were not released, were charged in juvenile court on Friday and face expulsion. One of the girls, 16, was charged with delinquency by unauthorized use of a computer and by reason of records tampering. The other, 17, was charged with delinquency by reason of complicity, Sheriff's Sgt. Monte Mayer said.
The company that runs the Web site, RCH Networks Inc., said the system was not hacked

Thats kinda like on April Fools day our local rock station announced that the tunnel was closed at 7 am and it caused MAJOR TRAFFIC JAMS all over the city. The radio station got suspended for a while, some got fired.

that is way too flipping harsh, you live in a different country from me and things must be way different there from where i live. I've done worse than that and have only been suspended - setting teacher's hair on fire, stapling someones hand which btw was kinda accidental. but i just get punnies, detention and a suspension.

Yes they should be expelled and put on probation in the court system. Kids can't read or write as it is, many more would pull similar crap.
