when i try through remove programs i get a message saying could not find uninstall log? there demos like jewel quest from a games site(no kidding) hhhheeellllpppp!!!!!!!!

If they are not listed in Add/Remove Programs then you have a problem. Have you looked in Save/All Programs to see if they are listed and have a uninstall option? If not you can take the brutal route and go to C:/ and look for them under Program Files and delete them - keeping you fingers crossed - and making sure you have created a System Restore point first.

Right click on the program and then you should see where it says delete. Then you click delete.

i think you just go to set program access and defauts and you should find it there and remove it.
