where can i download inuyasha episodes and it takes about 30 minutes or less?

the only free (and safe) downloads I have found are at anime-eden.com

I have a pretty fast connection, but each download takes over an hour.

Depends on your internet connection, but i believe you can watch them on youtube.com.
