I believe it's just from your period but I wouldn't play around with it much longer. Talk to your mom and do set up an appointment. There have been things I've pondered about and finally I went to the doctor. Of course it was nothing serious but it's always best to go just to make sure. Every girl is different. My granddaughter was 11 when she started hers she gets very moody and also gets cramps.

Your first period is usually irregular; which means that you'll be experiencing some uneven "flow". Theres really nothing to worry about too much, unless the period lasts past 7 days. However, if your super worried, it can't hurt to go see a doctor right away.

Usually periods do have that kind of affect on people when they're on their periods. Since its your first period, you're probably going to experience some uneven flow for a few months; at the most, probably 2 years. Also, when you have periods, there are different symptoms connected to it.

Hope you feel better.

As unfortunate as it sounds, yes, these are things that happen when u get your period. it can mess with your stomach, you can be constipated or have diarrhea. the flow can be uneven, light, heavy. just let it run its course, it sounds like there is nothing unusual, although i know you're curious because its ur first time. but yes, your period can be an uncomfortable few days. (if it lasts more than a week and u feel reallllly bad see a doctor but i really wouldnt worry now.)
