I only know freestyle lasso maneuvres, but I think someone who has experience with lassoing wild horses and bulls would know a few more advance tricks up their sleeves.

Well here in Texas there are classes just for that and anything else cowboys do. I do know too that some of the dude ranches that you can stay at teach you how. A book called the Art of Cowboys has lasso illustrations.

Try going to a rodeo some where. I know Montana has lots of rodeos and there are lots of ranches with reall cowboys.
