Yes. Though I have heard that some celebs are able to keep their title stuff off the county websites. Most use corporations or other things to hide their identities anyway. But I think it'd still show at the actual county office.
But property ownership has been public data for a long time now, and I can't imagine that would ever change.
Here's the problem: Whoever is on record owning a property at the county is the owner. So if you transfer a deed, it is 10000% in your best interests to have that deed recorded as soon as humanly possible. It's literally a "race to the courthouse", at least that's how it's described in real estate classes.
If someone else recorded an otherwise valid deed before you did, it's their home, not yours, even if yours was dated earlier.
So, you just don't want to buy or sell a home without getting those deeds recorded asafp.
You could inquire at the county recorder's office as to how, if there are any circumstances they'd allow it, you could keep it from being in the general public's eye. I don't think it's totally possible though.

yes, all real estate is public knowledge. celebs do NOT keep their names out of public record. first thing, most celebs are not using their real names, so when they buy a house, it just shows up as their real name an nobody notices OR they form what is called an s. corporation or an l.l.c. corporation and the CORPORATION buys the house and they live in it.
