Set goals and go out and accomplish them. Sign up for a 10K run or a half marathon and then start training for it.
Or go out and do something you never thought you'd do (like go skydiving) and then congratulate yourself for doing it.
Or plan a trip to someplace fun for the weekend and pamper yourself. You'll feel so much better about yourself.

find a support group of some form! theres one right here! I Believe in you =) good luck, with w/e reason you or someone around you has low self esteem!

first of all...make a list of all the things that you Can do.Dont focus on the hopeless stuff.Add to your cando list a little at a time.One person always is a little bit better off than another.Remember that..you are not at the bottom.

Find things you are good at.
Don't let anyone make you feel bad.
EVERYONE is good at something...you just have to find what it is.
