anyways if your talking about when your downloading sims,and it says that double click custom content thing,it means that you need to download the needed meshes in order for to to install properly and end up in the game..
near the download button on where you click the download button there should be a button that says get mesh here or mesh is needed,etc..just download the mesh first and then the original download and once the mesh is installed then download the original stuff.
