Legally, so long as they went through the channels and did things the same way as the straight and square, yeah, it is. One man, one woman, living together and having gone through the hoops.
Now, what they do in the privacy of their bedrooms and whether they consummate the marriage or continually engage in G/L adultery is none of anybody's business.

I am not one who believes in the homosexual lifestyle, but I feel you are showing immaturity and I would say you are not only bashing republicans, but you are also bashing the people who choose the homosexual lifestyle. This is crude and unfair to them, and to this current administration.
I think you should leave others lifestyles out of this. It's as bad as making fun of anything else you find to be a detriment about people who are different and choose to be that way. You're a true grub.
