Maybe you'd been exhausting yourself lately so take your work one at a time and try deep breathing. There are also other ways to relax your nerves. Like giving yourself enough time to rest, you don't need to nap but just rest your mind for a few mins., do some slight exercises for your neck and shoulders too. By the way, age also matters, the older you grow the more the feeling of exhaustion is most likely to appear and that you might really need some rest.

Eat some protein. Get up and walk around. You may need to lay down for 15 minutes for a quick power nap (though I know you don't want one, you might need one)

Assuming your sitting still working on something non stimulating get up and walk around. If your driving pull off at an exit or a rest stop and take a short walk. You can always drink a caffeinated beverage. The caffeine will make you more alert for awhile at least but be careful about using caffeine to stay awake
