I have a 2003 Prowler trailer with a Dometic refridge, Power is either 110 volt AC, or 12V DC, or propane. I turned it off to clean it, now it won't re-start. Is there a re-set button or something that I should push? Thanks for tthe help.

in order for your fridge to work you need to be connected to 110V Ac or 12V Dc

first things that come to mind is.
check the 12volt fuse in your fuse panel.
check the gfci breaker. also chekck the gfci plug in the kitchen or bathroom, make sure that hasnt tripped, often the fridge is on the same circuit.
access the back of the fridge, check its plugged in. also see if you can hear it try and ignite. you might need someone to go in and turn it on, while you listen. you will have to turn it off and back on to make it try again.
if that dont work. you can check for 12volt, by using a test light and located the plastic terminal block with 2 wires going into it. usually screwd to the base somewhere. a white wire and then a white wire with a coloured stripe usually, should be 12volt to that.
on the back of the fridge is a black box. with a cover held on by a screw and 2 cips usually. varies by model. remove this cover and inside should be 1 or 2 glass fuses. these are 110 fuses, so unplug the trailer before you mess with it. inspect them, make sure they are good.
other than that, will have to take it to an rv repair shop and have them test it.

check and see if you have a breaker panel in this thing, and see if any of them have ripped off, other wise there may be a re-set button on the bottom on it where you remove the small panel on it good luck, hope this help,s.
