like how do the writers of the script know wat to write medically, . they write the scripts with the right medical terms, words and settings, how do they do this when the writers and even the actors are not medical professionals, do they get help from actual professionals?.

Yes they have medical consultants on staff and on set to ensure a degree of realism

Yes they do have professionals. What the writers do is write the script and when they need something medical they write "Medical" and give it to the professionals to write in the medical terms.

they do it the same way er does. They have medical professionals on set and they probably write down terms in the charts that they "look" at.

Yes, there are actual medical professionals on the set to ensure that what they are portraying on the show is as accurate as possible. I read somewhere recently that those scrub-in nurses "extras" are real-life nurses.

all these shows have some medical consultants on staff to make sure things are written write,usually a doctor or nurse..but even with that they still mess up on some stuff
