I'm thinking wouldn't it still be Mr. President since all former presidents are called Mr. President and that is higher then lets say the first gentlemen or first man.

Probably First Gentleman or First Husband. He could also be called President Clinton since he is entitled to use that title the rest of his life.

Well, it could be the First Man, Mr. President, or the First Gentleman, it probably depends on what he wants. If a women won an election, and she wasn't the wife of a former president the husband would probably be called the First Man or the First Gentleman.

the 1st guy would be greater efficient then the 1st Gentleman to describe Penis Clinton, via fact he's not a gentleman. the 1st woman-boy would additionally be all appropriate, besides the undeniable fact that that's an insult for the lady-boys in Thailand.
