why does disk defragmenter screen pop up?

why does disk defragmenter screen pop up when it analyzes not needed at this time?

it means your computer is 'crying' to defrag that hard drive..for best performance i defrag all hard drives no more than every two days, when you do it often it doesnt take forever either to complete...but i would advise you drop everything and run that disk defragger IMMEDIATELY...once you do u will not see that pop up screen again~~~~

When does it pop up? See if you have this running on start up. Have you tried defragmenting to see if it leaves after? Just make sure that it isnt a running process during start up.
