I have written and recorded 3 songs at a recording studio but have not copyrighted them.?

Do I need to worry about the recording studio selling my songs at this point?

IF they are a sleazy group i would be worried ( most record companies are ) if they are trust worthy ( probably not ) i wouldn't be worried but i would copyright them soon
