Figure up how long your cycles are and when your next period is due. Count back 14 days from when you expect your next period and this is the most likely date of ovulation. Start having sex a few days before and every day or every other day for about a week.

The best way to figure this all out is to go to www.mymonthlycycle.com and use the ovulation calculator.
There, you put in how long your periods last on average, the date of your last period, and it will calculate your ovulation point from there. And, I trust it because that's how I got pregnant 1 year ago by using that same calculator.

Take the number of days from the start of one period to the start of the next and divide by two, then add that number to the first day of your period to estimate about when you are ovulating. For example, if your normal cycle is 28 days, divide that by 2 to get 14, your period started yesterday on the 10th so add 14 days to get Feb 24. When you do have sex, it takes about 48 hours for a man's sperm to reach high levels again after ejaculation, so rather that have sex every day you'll want to have sex every other day.

It depends on how long your cycle is, if you count back 14 days from your next expected period, 4 days before that date is when you should start having sex. Some say start at day 9 and do it every other day, sometimes if the man's count in lower than average, doing it everyday can deplete his sperm count too much. Good Luck!!!
