Document everything in a notebook. Tell your parents and have them set up a meeting between the three of you and the principal. This kind of behavior from a teacher is not proper and is certainly not healthy for you.

In your first sentence, you stated that, "there is this teacher who doesn't even teach me."
I have to ask, "If he was not your teacher then why were you in his room?".
Perhaps he meant that the picture came out really great and that you should consider modeling. Is he a photographer for something?
A smile and a wink is not a come-on. It's just being friendly.
However, teachers are there to teach and guide you.
They have no business touching you in any way that makes you feel uncomfortable. If they do, go with your feelings. Get away and tell someone.

Your teacher is waaaay out of order. He is creating & manipulating the circumstances to establish a closeness between you that shouldn't exist. And that picture never should have happened.
In high school, I had a teacher who teased me all the time, and kept finding reasons to keep me alone after class. But I told no one: times were different then, because adults often sided with other adults. I would try to take a friend with me when I had to go to his class after school, but that wasn't always possible. So I avoided spending time alone in his class as much as possible, until the sememster ended, and I was done.
During my freshman year of college (I was 17), I had this teacher who always wanted to speak with after class also. Each time I showed up, he always wanted to know when I finished my last class of the day, and offered to drive me home. After the 3rd time, I didn't return to his class. Since you are still in high school, this isn't an option.
The person (or persons) who said to tell your couselor, and let him schedule a meeting with your parents and the principal was good advice. Don't forget to tell them about the photo and the job comment.
Your teacher should not touch you AT ALL! That is highly inappropriate!
This man should not be allowed to teach teen girls (or anyone as far as I'm concerned), if he can't control himself. And by control himself, I mean not even hink of venturing outside the bounds of appropriate student/teacher interaction.
In the meanwhile, stay 'too busy' to spend time after class with him; before class, delay coming in until just before the bell, when the class is full; if you have to see him after class, make sure it is at lunch time or at the end of your day, so you can take a few friends with you; and always be in a hurry... doctor, dentist, babysitting a sibling., whatever. Something he can't get around.
This should help until the situation about his actions are resolved.
Perhaps, by taking this step, you caould prevent some other girl from going through this, or even greater trauma.
Take care.
Hope this helps!

It seems the teacher has a crush on you.Your teacher is behaving inappropriate with you. I suggest you go to your parents and tell them how uncomfortable he is making you feel. If you feel you can't speak to them than tell a Female teacher, make sure you tell someone and soon. Please tell them about the picture too. The next time he touches your arm or does something to make you feel icky tell him in a nice way he is making you uncomfortable.

You need to make sure you are never alone with this teacher. You should also go to another adult that you trust, such as your parents, another teacher or your counselor and explain your concerns. If you find it difficult to discuss, print your question and give it to the adult.

Run Rosa run. But do not just transfer. If he is this way with you he will with someone else. You owe it to someone else, who may fall victim to his interest. So many girls crave this attention and it will lead to disaster.
