for school, you will need an easy and natural look:
try tinted moisturzer, cheek tint or bronzer, some pale shimmery or nude eyeshadow, an eyelash curler and some mascara. top it off with some lip gloss. you can go darker as you increase in age. its quick and easy and this look will separate your techniques from a formal or special occassion. if you wear heavy makeup at school people will not be stunned when there is a special occassion, it would be just normal for them to see you all made up. get it?

smokey eyes:
wet your eyeshadow brush preferably a round tip eye shadow brush

dust some loose powder under and around your eyes so that they catch the spillage which you can easily brush out.

1. apply a shimmery nude, silver, light colored or platinum base
2. apply the main color (usually darker metallic colors go best but a lot of people are using blue, blue green and brown) on your lids
3. you may opt to darken the crease of your lid with a darker hue or black eyeshadow
4 if you do so then you may also opt to darken the shadow on your upper lash line too. otherwise its also nice to just blend in the dark color with the metallic base and not do the crease thing.
5. take a liner brush with a rounded tip or a wet cotton bud and apply black or the main color or even a color in the same family and apply to the lower lashline
6. i like to apply the main color the the whole lower lash line then black to the outer corner. just follow where your lower lashes go.
i also line the kinda wet part of the lower lids with pencil liner but you dont have to do it if you can't just try to though coz it looks cool.
7. black (liquid) eyeliner on the top extending outward
8.curl and mascara applying in a side to side zig zag motion for a more even application as opposed to the common root to tip way.
9. it looks cool with falsies

nude lips go best with dark eyes

For school, I would normally say no way to smoky eyes simply because those are really for going out, but if you pick the right shadows you can pull it off for daywear! I was pretty skeptical at first, but I decided that green eyeshadow (yes, green) is the way to go for smoky and dramatic eyes that stand out! I got mine from ULTA in the colors Silk, Radiant, and Golden Olive. If you put the cream color just under your eyebrows, the lighter green on your whole lid, and the darker green very precisely in the crease, they look really nice!

The best color for blue eyes is brown. Use a lighter brown for church and a dark smoky brown for sultry eyes. Be sure to blend well. I don't recommend blue eyeshadow at all except for maybe New Years Eve.

What color of eyes do you have? Take a good look through a magnafied glass. You should pick the colors that are in your eyes. For instance I have light brown eyes with specks of green. So I choose browns, lighte shades for under the brow and blend into the lid with darker browns. Always blend! Then I pick a shade of green to put as a sort of liner under my eyes. A nice mascara adds alot too.
For you, maybe a light shade on your lids (but not white) and some mascara for church.
For school the darker colors on the ends of your eyes, gives that smokey look. But don't forget to blend the color inwards. And alwys use a lighter shade for under the brow. Smokey looks are real nice for nights, but since you want it for school...there it is. Hope this helps.

For church, sweep the apples of your cheeks with a light, peachy pink blush, and put a slightly darker color right underneath the sides of your cheekbones, right underneath the peachy pink blush, if you want to. Go for a neutral color on your eyelids, like a light brown, or a taupe. Hightlight the inner corners of your eyes with a slightly shimmery gold. Curl your lashes for an added touch. Dab on some lip gloss and go. For school, get a black gel eyeshadow, and a liquid eyeliner. Line the top lids of your eyes, right near the lashes. Before it drys, Apply the gel in your creases, and smudge with your fingers. Apply a dark brown eyeshadow in your outer corners. Line the bottom of your eyes with a thin line of eyeliner and let it dry. Apply volumizing mascara to your upper lashes, and make sure to close your eyes for 30 seconds to let the mascara dry. Since your eyes are the focus, play the rest of your face simple. Sweep a bronzer or pink blush on your cheeks, and have a nude, pale peach, color on your lips. If you really want to make your eyes pop, pull your hair into a high, sleek pontail.

you can use any colour eyeshadow on any colour eyes, its what ever you feel comfortable wearing. To do a great smokey effect, use an eyeliner in black (clarins do a great one) colour in your whole eyelid up until it starts to crease into your socket. then with the smudger on the other end of the eyeliner pencil, smudge the whole eyelid and with another dark colour eyeshadow (clarins blazing brown or thunder grey is also good) apply over the top of the lid and blend together coming outwards to carefully fade out to the socket. good luck

if you want your eyes to appear bigger, it really helps to put the normal eyeshadow on your lids, then in the corners of your eye, inside and outer corners, to put a darker eyeshadow on, like black or something.
