yes there are many y/a n00bs out there but then againg there are many 1337 y/a users so sometimes you really cant tell how n00b or 1337 ppl are

No, not really. It doesn't take long to get used to how Y!A works. And you'll only know if someone is a n00b if they tell you they are or if you actually look at their profile.
