Glycolysis:
Glucose + Oxygen → carbon dioxide + water + energy (ATP)
Well, when you exercise, you quickly burn through all the built up ATP (energy) from glycolysis (the thing that happens before the krebs cycle and the electron transport chain) in your cells. If you cant get enough oxygen into your cells, they begin lactic acid fermentation, where the pyruvic acid from glycolysis is used along with the NADH releasing high-energy electrons, making itself back to NAD^+.
Pyruvic acid + NADH → Lactic Acid + NAD+
The lactic acid in your cells make them feel sore.

If that became the case, then CO2, oxygen and water stages might all proceed to be the comparable interior the atmosphere that its in. it is via fact for each CO2, Oxygen, Water molecule this is used or produced in photosynthesis, the choice happens in respiratory.
