buy an i pod or mp3 player and stick it your ears and turn it up reallly loud, stick a big sign on the door with do not disturb. if that fails next time everybody at home wants peace make as much noise as poss they'll soon learn. this is a tried and tested method!!!

Ask people at home to respect the fact you need to stud as you want to do well in your studies.
If they are your family, then surely they would want you to do your best so will respect you asking them for some peace!
