It bothers me so much when the neighbor guys come home w/ their loud music in they're old noisy cars. I really don't do anything. I just sit and watch tv and hope they shut up.

Play yours louder. That's what I did. I got a Muslim family next door. They've hated me since we moved in. Only because we're white. They used to play there stuff really really loud. So I started playing Led Zeppelin really really really loud. Took care of them. Every time their kids are outside and I go out, their parents grab them and rush them inside. It's not very nice.

Ignore until I can't anymore, then I politely ask them to turn it down. And if that doesn't work, they get up the next morning when I do. Early. If it takes loud noises and honking horns, so be it.

Tell them to STFU!!! If that doesn't work, call the Police.
I had the same problem..... I kicked the punks azz! They packed up and moved a few weeks later. Life's Good, when you carry a big stick!

turn the volume of ur radio to the top and hit the floor (if they r at the lower floor)
