In Japan, Valentine's Day is when a girl gives chocolate to male co-workers, as well as boys that she likes. Boys do not give anything until White Day on March 14 (one month later). On white day, males give white chocolates to female co-workers, girls that they like, and, because the girls gave first, they usually just give them to all of the females that gave something to them!

I think the girl should give the guy somthing as long as the guy also gets something for the girl. Most guys I know say that they would like a little "loving" or sports tickets, cd's or dvd's for a gift. (Most guys HATE those silk boxer shorts with hearts on them, btw.)

Umm, that would depend on the nature of the relationship. But, if they are together as a couple, then yes, usually. And he should give her something in return.
