I have a Mac laptop and when I bought my new 2wire modem/router I got on from my laptop without a hitch. Then just recently I tried to get on again and it wouldn't allow me. My other desktop can get on wirelessly fine. I haven't changed my password to get on or any other setting in the modem. I haven't changed anything on my laptop. I have tried different codes to get on but I can only get on if I take off the security password. Any ideas of why this is happening all of a sudden?

from ur laptop try ping to modem if connection shows any details, it fine,
open the internet explorer page and type 192.168.1.1 it will link to ur modem, and then see the modem details and reinstall the modem if any password is be displayed try changing the password and login or check for restore company default setting which be the normal and the easy the way to reinstall the modem, after the complete process, now try in ur laptop the connection is fin or not, still there a problem it will be in ur laptop reinstall wireless access driver or upgrade the driver.

I would suggest trying to restart the router and seeing what effect that has on it. If not, possibly calling their customer service could help.
