The co. requires it's employees to do this of they are threatened by lower hours and being writen up. They also monitor how much you use the bathroom, you're only required so many minutes a day to use the bathroom or they clock you out. Oh, and bathroom time counts towards your breaks.

Something's wrong here. Are you giving all the details? It is the law in the US for employers to post the federal labor laws by the time clock. Are they not there? If not contact your local employment office with your concerns and they will investagate the situation.
I can hardly think thet this company is in business if there is any merit to this issue.
Go to the link below and research it yourself.

Unless you're on salary, you should be paid for all time worked. The bathroom thing seems a little strict. You might want to contact your local labor department (I don't know if you're in the US or not, but in New York State, there is the New York State Department of Labor that would be able to answer these questions)
Sounds like it's time to look for a new job!

Absolutely not, I recommend you immediatly speak to a lawyer and take note of all cases that you alledge this is going on. They are not allowed to make you work off the clock and can not threaten you like this. Different states have different amounts of time along with perecentage increase of hourly wages for overtime.

If you are paid by the hour, it is illegal to ALLOW you to work off the clock, let alone require it. As long as you are paid correctly, I don't know of any laws that prevent requiring overtime. I have seen union contracts that specifically allowed mandatory overtime.

If you don't like your job, quit and let someone take it who wants it.
