cool stuff at the Dubuque keneady mall?

I am going to an evanescence concert next month and i am wareing a skirt and leggings, but i need to find some cute acceseries, shoes, and shirt help! especially stuff you can get in dubuque. some stores would be hot topic, claires, and a lot of other popular stores!

Some really cool earrings or a necklace would work. I would try to avoid too many "loud" accessories and focus one and the rest more subtle. Try Kohls or Jc Pennys too. Sears may have some too
